Captain Andy O’Shea FRAeS
Captain Andy O’Shea, FRAeS, has been a professional pilot for 40 years including 27 in Ryanair. As Ryanair’s Head of Training he managed all pilot and cabin crew training as the airline grew safely and efficiently from 25 B737-200s to 460 B737-800 aircraft. He is an experienced airline pilot, instructor, senior examiner and professional pilot training manager. At a conservative estimate he has trained, or managed the training of, over 10,000 pilots as they progressed to their first multi-pilot airplane (MPA) type rating and airline career.
Andy works on committees and groups that seek to shape policy and regulation by providing professional advice to EASA through the Aircrew Training Policy Group.

Roisin spent several years managing APS MCC course administration in an ATO that was partners with the largest LCC in Europe.
